Ultrasonic Therapy Transducers
Transducers can be configured over a range of frequencies, drawing from a broad range of housing materials for a variety of treatment modalities. Production test capability includes full electrical parameter determination, acoustic power output and beam angle / beam non-uniformity ratio (BNR) determination.
Operating frequency: in range 500 kHz to 5 MHz typical
Housing materials: Titanium, Stainless Steel, Aluminium alloys, plastics, biocompatible materials.
Single and dual frequency transducers are available in standard and bespoke designs.
RoHS compliant versions are also available on request

Transducers and components for High Intensity Focused ultrasound (HIFU) therapy can also be designed and manufactured. These transducers are increasingly used as experimental cancer treatments.
