The Role – Principal Objectives:

• To provide engineering solutions to key business requirements ranging from new product introduction, productivity improvement and improving supplier processes.
• Manage a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Manufacturing engineering support to existing products.
• Manage the site maintenance team to deliver site requirements in the most cost effective manner.
• Manage introduction of new process equipment to manufacturing environment and to provide training standards on new machine operations and ensure all safety and legal standards are in place.
• Identify and specify any new processes, tools, fixtures etc required to manufacture
• Production drawing office management.
